 The Langham, London is one of the most iconic hotels in London. It has a rich and long 150-year history of afternoon tea’s birthplace, and the Palm Court is famous for hosting the ‘Best Afternoon Tea Service 2018’.

STAXO worked with The Langham to create a website that is beautiful and genuinely represents the Palm Court brand. In support of Palm Court’s marketing strategy, the website provides proof of ROI in data capture forms that record the user’s entries and the digital source (i.e., Google), keyword, and campaign. Using this data intelligently allowed The Langham to plot highly focused and curated combined online and offline marketing campaigns for the first time.
